We went to the pool this morning, came back, had breakfast, and I decided that it was as good a time as any to weigh myself.

I'm 235. Down from 248 last week. I'm in complete and utter shock. I guess my thyroid really was underactive.

Yay me!

yay for you! that's totally awesome! 13 pounds in a week?! Way to go! I think that you are so going to do an awesome job losing the 130 pounds that you want to. Especially if you are off to such a good start! u just gotta stick in there!

Thats what I need to do is lose about 10 or 15 lbs. but here I set right now, reading and eating. Grrrr me... GCJ

wow, i wish i just needed to lose 10 or 15 lbs! I still have over 100 to go. if i had 15 lbs to lose, i'd be eating too!!! hee...

Wow! grats I have lost 20 pounds as well and my eating habits have been great, but it has taken me a few years to even begin to destroy the neuro chemical highways in my brain that create my poor lifestyle. I hope you and I keep kicking the crap out of the Gluttonous demon of food
